CosmoPulse Sample Kit

Performance is built in the details no one sees

On the pitch, everyone sees your sprints, duels and decisions. Underneath, your biology is constantly at work: in how you produce energy, process nutrients, respond to load and recover.

With urine, stool and saliva we build your multi-omics baseline. The three samples bring different biological layers together and help us understand how your human biology and your micro-organisms work together within your co-metabolism.

This is how CosmoPulse adds a biological layer to what your performance team already tracks through training, workload, GPS, testing and match data. The result is a stronger personal reference profile for decisions on nutrition, hydration, readiness, recovery, injury prevention and player availability.

A few minutes of careful work. A biological reference profile your performance team can build on.

Your sample collection makes the difference

The quality of your analysis starts with careful sample collection. Follow every step in the right order, use only the materials from your kit, and seal each sample immediately and securely.

Each collection takes only a few minutes. The information it provides helps us understand you as an athlete more precisely and tailor your guidance more personally.

Important: collect all three samples on the same day. Keep the sealed tubes cool afterwards until you hand them in together.

Urine sample

Sample 1 of 3

Five steps: wash your hands, let the first part flow into the toilet, catch the second part in the cup, screw the lid on tightly, place the cup in the sample bag.
  1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
  2. Preferably use your first morning urine. Let the first part flow into the toilet.
  3. Catch the next part in the provided cup. Fill the cup at least halfway.
  4. Screw the orange lid on carefully and tightly.
  5. Place the sealed cup in the provided sample bag.

Stool sample

Sample 2 of 3

Five steps: take the collector out of the packaging, unfold it onto the toilet seat, take the sample from three spots, shake for ten seconds, flush the collector and store the tube.
  1. Wash your hands thoroughly and take the stool collector out of the packaging.
  2. Unfold the collector and attach it to the toilet seat. Make sure the stool lands on the collection paper and does not come into contact with water.
  3. Using the spoon on the lid, take a small amount of sample from three different spots.
  4. Place the spoon back into the tube, screw it on tightly and shake for ten seconds.
  5. Detach the collector and flush it. Place the sealed sample tube in the provided sample bag.

Saliva sample

Sample 3 of 3

Five steps: place the green funnel on the large tube, massage your cheeks, fill saliva to the 2 ml line, add the liquid, seal and shake for fifteen seconds.
  1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Place the green funnel straight into the large collection tube.
  2. Massage the outside of your cheeks and move your tongue to stimulate saliva production.
  3. Let the saliva flow through the funnel into the tube up to the marked 2 ml line.
  4. Pour the liquid from the small tube through the funnel into the collected saliva.
  5. Remove the funnel, seal the large tube tightly and shake for fifteen seconds. Place the tube in the provided sample bag afterwards.

Done?

Check that all samples are sealed tightly and that the kit number is correctly linked to your profile. Put everything back in the kit and follow your performance team's return arrangements.

Your samples form the biological starting point. From there, CosmoPulse translates the analysis into insights that support your guidance, development and sustainable availability.
