These terms apply to every order, purchase and subscription of CosmoPulse products and services. By ordering, you accept these terms.
Prices are expressed in euro and are indicative unless stated otherwise. CosmoPulse offers a baseline analysis, a bring-your-own-data option, subscription formulas, club setup, a staff dashboard, food supplements and sports food (such as instant powder drinks). Offers and promotional codes apply while stated and cannot be combined.
Payments are processed securely (via Stripe for consumers, or by invoice for clubs). An agreement is formed once payment or the order is confirmed. For subscriptions, the amount is charged periodically until cancellation.
After your order you receive the necessary instructions (for example for sampling) and, after processing, access to your personal insights and reports in secure online form. Club staff receive access to the staff dashboard as agreed.
As a consumer you have, in principle, a 14-day withdrawal period. For digital services and personalised analyses that start immediately with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal lapses once execution has begun. For services not yet started, you can exercise your right of withdrawal via cosmopulse@cosmogroup.eu.
Subscriptions run until cancellation. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, via your account or via cosmopulse@cosmogroup.eu.
The insights of CosmoPulse are supportive and informational and start from your co-metabolism (DNA, microbiome, metabolome, lifestyle and load together). They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a doctor or from your club's medical staff. CosmoPulse informs readiness and adaptation and never advises selection, line-ups or substitutions. You remain responsible for decisions about health and performance.
Where supplements or sports food are supplied — food supplements or sports food such as instant powder drinks, as applicable — products are notified with the competent authority (FAGG) where required, and produced by an Informed Manufacturer (Cosmofarma) with batch-specific documentation available in the portal. A minimum age of 12 applies, no medical claims are made, and the club doctor or dietitian decides on their use.
The processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data-protection law (GDPR).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the registered office.
